Rear defrost problem

So we had our first snow fall of the year and wouldn't you know it my rear defrost isn't working. To bad that's one of those things that the only way to find out it's broke is when you need it to work. I checked the connector in the back and it seems to be tight. The power light on the button is on so probably not a fuse. This is a '22 JL and I'd love to hear everyone's opinion on what I should check next. I hate the idea of scheduling an appointment with the dealership for something simple I could fix in the driveway.

Check for a scratch or break in the element printed on the glass.
