Rattling sound, concern?

When we got back from wheeling a couple of weeks ago we started noticing a rattling sound. It only happens at very low rpm’s and mostly when the car is cold. At first I thought it could be the oil pan skid plate but that doesn’t move at all when I shake it. And It hasn’t been touched by rocks yet. Once the Jeep warms up it goes away. Jeeps drives perfectly normal even during the sound.

I have two videos below, the first is me driving in second gear very slowly, and the other is from under the Jeep while it’s in neutral. You can really hear the rattling on the first few seconds of the video of me driving. Jeep is 2021 Sport 6MT.

Sounds like exhaust damage.

I didn't see any damage anywhere when I was down there. It's also doesn't always make that sound when driving slow or idle. I'd say it happens like 25% of the time.
