Rattle noise help !

Hello im having a odd issue with my 21 plate jl. 30 thousand miles on the engine. Serviced about 250 miles ago. I am recently hearing a slight rattle in the engine if I rev and let go just as it is near idel speed it makes a slight rattle. More noticeable if parked against a building so it echos. My friend seems to think its from the vvt solenoid side. Any advice on how to know or any ideas?. No bad sounds on start up no misfires or any lights on. Any help

Normal operation sound, nothing to do here.

usually the turbo actuator that rattles like that. Completely normal

Mine did the exact same thing starting at 44k miles. by 46k miles i was having a new engine installed. a valvetrain failure led to cylinder 2 being destroyed.
