Random ticking/fan sound

I just bought a 2022 unlimited high altitude it started making this random fan/ticking sound. It doesn’t always make it. Sometimes it starts as soon as I turn it on, other times it starts after driving, other times no noise at all. I’ve turned everything off on the dash but I can never get it to stop. Added video.

Any ideas as to what is causing the noise?

Search “blend door actuator”. Your video sounds quieter though. More like a fan hitting its shroud. Someone with more knowledge will chime in I’m sure.
