Hello guys,
I have read so many shock posts and I’m just not getting it. Please forgive me because I’m sure it’s been answered before.
I’m looking at the Rancho RS9000XL. My driving is very varied so the adjustment is key. It’s my daily driver, mild to med trails, sand at the beach, plus back and forth from FL to NY a couple times a year. More importantly, my wife hates the ride so trying to help that too! Haha
I have a 2023 JLU Rubicon 4xe. I have added a Teraflex ST1 kit (2” front spacer, 1 1/2” rear spacer and a little longer bump stops) I also have Teraflex 2” shock extension brackets all around. I run 35’s on 17x9 after market wheels. Also have the hardtop, steel bumpers front & rear and sometimes loaded down with a roof rack when traveling to NY.
I am totally lost at what 9000XL to choose. The 4xe is 1” higher stock, plus my spacers, and everyone says the Ranchos are shorter than stock shocks.
I can use, toss or mix up the shock extension brackets (toss the front, keep the rear etc etc) if that helps.
Trying not to lose flex or worse and blow out the shocks.
I always appreciate any help, and am totally ok with just a buy this for the front and this for the rear since I’m prob not gonna understand why
