Question about Upgrading Knee Speakers (Adapters)

I want to start by saying I AM trying to buy from Crutchfield and I have my vehicle selected. I have the Metra pods and want to go with Focal 6.5 inch speakers but it is not automatically adding the adapters that I need for them. It did fort he 3.5" dash speakers but not the knee speakers. Can anyone tell me if I need the same adapters for the knee speakers as I do for the dash speakers?

Hey Greg. I completed the install a few weeks back and the Metra JP-1014 Pods come with the required Metra adapters in the box. I believe it's the Metra 72-6514 adapter but don't hold me to it, I'll see if I can find the packing in the trash.

I will say the install was a bit tricky. There are a few really good threads on here with specifics, including how to complete the install without fully removing the dash.

I checked my Metra pods box and I do have the adapters. Didn’t even think to check to see if they came with them.
