I think I see ice on your door handles. (Or clear plastic covers???)

I have found in this Winter Wonderland Roller Coaster of temperatures up and down and up and down, if you have periods of rain followed by freezing temperatures, ice can build up in the button area of the lock. It may be pushed in or it may be stuck out, but it won't move.

Workaround? Use the regular key to unlock the door, then wait for warmer temperatures. Or unlock with the wireless fob button.

Good Luck!

As someone mentioned someone installed covers on your door handles. The factory door handles are non glossy black plastic.

You can easily see the covers on them in your pics. Remove the covers and you will be happy with the buttons.
