I didn't think the rears were different than other trims. Sure it's not a bumper fitment issue?

Tape measure doesn't lie. An inch closer to the tire and more than an inch narrower. Also, look at the side profile pics and the differences in how the fender meets the body.

Sucks .... but it will be handled under warranty. RCA will have to make that kind of thing right.

For the record, we even had a guy here, have a Rubicon decal left off on one side of his JLU Rubi. We had other quality issue lie that also.

Damn FCA messed up again.... it's such a travesty that the factory worker, the dealership tech, and the sales person all missed it.

I guess we'll eventually see a post from a Sahara owner complaining about one Rubicon fender.

So dealer took pictures a week ago and still waiting for FCA to approve or deny a fender replacement. I called the dealer yesterday to get an update and nothing yet. Although I was told that FCA won’t cover modifications so, at a minimum, im out the money it will cost to replace the Xpel film I had installed on the fender.

what is happening at the end of wrangler jl production, lazy workers ... over worked? doubtful - union labor that has great pay and benefits and they let this pass..... No fail

I seen stuff like this happened at non union jobs. Lots of time, it’s middle management is rendered powerless by HR who are afraid of getting sued.

But yes, old thread... But wow, that is terrible QC.
