My bright white fender flare “yellowed” and was subsequently repainted (7 days in the shop). It came back to me with paint/compound overspray or streaking (see pics). Dealer tried twice to clean it off, but some of it remains. To correct this, I’m now told that a new flare has to ordered, then painted, because it’s all “one piece”. Which means another 5-7 days st the shop.

My question: I thought that the Rubicon fender flare trim was separate from the actual fender flare (i.e. two pieces)

Can anyone confirm that the trim piece is separate from the flare? Dealer tells me no. Thanks.

It can be two pieces if you take those plastic rivets out
