Purolator A21421 engine air filter

Any one use this Purolator engine air filter? Is it just as good as OEM?

If you are referring to 3.6 Litre Pentastar V6, are you aware that Mopar is also selling the 1BP00518AA air filter as well as the more expensive one? Check the part number and price if you are seeking a less expensive alternative. I don't personally like purchaing an air filter to use for many thousands of miles. Since my OCI is 3,000 to 3,500 miles, I always replace the engine and cabin air filters when I change oil.

I use them. I believe they are one and the same as the Mopar. That is, I believe they are manufactured by Purolator (Mann, who owns Wix and Purolator)

I didn't know. Mopar part 1BP00518AA cost less the then aftermarket Purgulator. What is the difference between the high cost and low cost Mopar engine air filter?

The Purolator is the same as the Mopar 68257030AA shown below.

The Purolator A21421 and the Mopar 68257030AA are manufactured at the same plant in Mexico. Identical item just different ID ink jet print.
