Program the 3.6L

I have heard that the pentastar in the Jeep is the same in the Ram 1500, except for the tuning. Maybe different airflow also.
The question has to be asked, has anyone ever put a Ram 1500 305 hp tune in a Jeep that has a 3.6L with a 285hp?
If so, I am curious how it worked out if it could be done?

The entire intake track is designed differently for the wrangle to emphasize torque at low RPM. I'm sure you can just get an off the shelf tune to improve it, but I doubt you'll make up the full 20hp difference.
