I have a 2025 Rubicon with the GPS Trail Logs software. I recently recorded my first two trail logs. I've since discovered that the onboard display will only show the more recent of the two logs. I can find absolutely no way to get to the older of the two logs. A soft reset of UConnect does not solve the issue. Does anybody have ideas about how to fix this?

07/10/2025 - PROBLEM SOLVED! I did a soft reset of UConnect I don't know how many times with no joy. This time it solved the problem. I think I was doing the reset incorrectly (i.e. operator idiocy).

I don’t know for sure but I have a thought if it’s like my dash cam records over itself after a certain amount of time so it might be your memory card if you don’t have enough in there or you might have to download like the first GPS set of logs before the next one goes on or swap out memory cards Just a thought I don’t know the answer

Thanks! I've done enough experimentation to be certain that there are two logs existing within the system, I just can't get at the older one. (These logs are stored by a third-party vendor with presumably massive memory available to it.)

I’ve seen this a similar issue recently, with both the oldest and newest logs. The jeep app seems to show them all, but the head unit doesn’t.
I ended up exporting the ones I could see listed to USB thumb drive and then deleting off the head unit. At one point the missing ones reappeared and I exported those to USB too.

Thanks! I, too went the USB. Route. Logs have occasionally appeared on the phone only to disappear again later.
