I swapped the front springs from a 392 onto my 4xe Rubicon (gained about 1" of lift), and now I hear a "thunk" coming from somewhere in the front end when turning at low speed (like when backing out of a parking space). It doesn't happen every time, but it is usually after it has been sitting a while. Happens both reversing and going forward.

I have re-torqued everything I can think of, any idea what I should focus on?

Can you record the thunk? Preferably have somebody outside the vehicle record it.
If you have some kind of action camera if you can stick it up under there and have it recording while the sound is made that's even better. Bonus for getting it at a couple different angles.

Here is a couple of different angles.
First one is from the front, you hear the pop twice:

Second one from underneath, I backed up and then pulled back forward, the pop happened as I was going back forward.

Maybe I am crazy but I swear your drag link or tie rod is hitting the plastic skid. I could see it in your first video.
Yes, very clearly. Take that plastic thing off and toss it. Or chop it up a bit.

Saw that when I posted it. From inside the vehicle it sounds/feels much more substantial, but that is probably true of any noise like that. I'll get under there and see what is going on.

It would be a real shame if I need to get a steel bumper and skid plate.;)
