I have a 2019 JLU. It currently has a 2” Mopar lift with 35” tires. The tires rub the fenders a little when I make a hard turn. Can I have a body lift added to what I have and not mess anything up? Plus, I would enjoy the extra height. Or do I need to pull the 2” lift off and put a 3” lift on. FYI...I don’t take it off road.

Thanks in advance for your replies...

The rubbing on turns has nothing to do with lift height. This is caused by the backspacing of your wheels and chosen tire size.

Which wheels are you running? What is the backspacing?

How do I find the backspacing info? Where do I look? Sorry, I’m a wheel noob.

The wheel manufacturer's website usually has it. Do you know which wheels you have or do you still have the stock wheels?

The backspacing is 5.71? Is that what you’re looking for?

It is rubbing that piece between the fender and the bumper. That’s exactly it. Thanks.

If it is rubbing the bumper piece just remove it. It is not necessary.

If the tires were rubbing your inner fender it would be wheel backspacing. 5.71 is higher than most people run with a 12.50 wide tire but it doesn't sound like that is your issue.
