Please help with uconnect problems

I have an 18’ sport JLU with the smaller (7inch I think) uconnect. I was driving and my phone just randomly disconnected from it. I’ve tried both USB ports, I’ve tried factory resetting, I’ve tried different phones… everything in the uconnect works fine it just won’t connect to usb or Bluetooth. What reset methods should I try??

Also as also mentioned there ....Do be sure you have a decent cable between USB post and your cellphone.

I think the base sport has a different uconnect system… it looks different - also that option is not in the menu

Thanks for the link though, it may be useful in figuring this out… also when it connects to Bluetooth it says something about “a USB device is already connected” when there is nothing plugged in - also the USB cable chargers the phone - but does not connect it to CarPlay
