Need help with UConnect app

I used the app seamlessly until my free trial ended. I only use it in the winter months to warm up the Jeep a few minutes before I get in it. Last month I contacted Sirius and reactivated. It worked a few times, and now it doesn't. I logged out and logged back in, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app...no luck. When I get to the jeep the dash is lit up, so the signal is getting through, but no start. Any help would be much appreciated.

@Jeffrey67 if your fuel level is low, the remote start from the key won’t work. I have gone out more than once expecting my Jeep to be running, only to realize that the fuel light is on.
Hopefully it’s something this simple

Thought that I would try the obvious first, beyond that, I’m not much use

I believe it will show the reason why it will not start on your screen. I found out I had a door that was not closed properly.

It only says "Failed to start"

I let the trial expire myself, for a couple reasons.

First and foremost, I never used it.

Second was that when I did try it to see if it would work I got about 25% success ratio. Which I presume was communication issues with it, our cell service around here can be very spotty within just a few feet and different carriers.

I was NEVER able to do the "locate" function, it always came back as "Could not locate"

Does the app only work with the larger radio? I have the midsize one...whatever that one is, that came with the Sport.

I have the upgraded larger radio. The app worked great last year, no problems. This year, it hardly works.
