uconnect broken help

I have an 18’ sport JLU with the smaller (7inch I think) uconnect. I was driving and my phone just randomly disconnected from it. I’ve tried both USB ports, I’ve tried factory resetting, I’ve tried different phones… everything in the uconnect works fine it just won’t connect to usb or Bluetooth...
