The recent pizza cutter post motivated me to start this thread so that all of us "pizza cutter" tire lovers can have information and photos on available sizes all in one place. Below are some popular pizza cutter tire sizes, and links to JLs with photos (where available). I've also listed some of the available tires in the less well-known sizes. If anyone has any additional photos or information to add, let me know and I'll update this post.

235/80/R17 (31.8" x 9.3")

33x10.5R17 (32.8" x 10.5")

255/80R17 (33.1" x 10.0")

34x10.5R17 (33.5" x 10.5")

255/85R17 (34.5" x 10")

35x10.5R17 (34.5" x 10.5")

37x11.5R17 (36.5" x 11.5")

37x11.5R18 (36.5" x 11.5")

Wheels

All the sizes should work fine on stock wheels but there are wheels that are narrower than the 7.5" wide stock JL wheels. Other Mopar products, such as the Dodge Journey of certain years, had narrow wheels that match the JL hub bore of 71.5mm and the 5x127 bolt pattern. Here are some options:

I currently have 265/70x18s. The Jeep came with them and I like them. Not likely to change the size. 32.6" OD, 10.8 wide, 2750 lbs capacity. I can get in/out fairly well and have grab points and side step if'n I end up over a hole.

My next will be Pizza Cutters. I am looking into 34 or 35 X 10ish. The Kendas are high on my list but I will keep an eye on this thread and see what pops up between now and when I can justify buying new.

How about 20" and taller wheels as well? Some like them tall and skinny.
As far as I know, there are no pizza cutter sizes for 20" wheels. Let me know if there are! I wouldn't consider 20" on anything smaller than 39" tires, personally...

Think the only con on the Kendas are the weight, seem to weigh about as much as a 35x12.5 IIRC.

I am running 35x11.5 R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers. Not sure if that qualifies as skinny, but they are skinnier than the typical 12.5's.

That's a great size and one that in my opinion has perfect proportions for an overall balanced, normal looking tire -- much better than bloated 12.5". But pizza cutters are extremely skinny, and I don't think 11.5" is skinny enough to qualify.

It was all great until he claimed that narrower tires don't look as cool. Wrong opinion!
Not that I don't like the way pizza cutters look but I admit wide tires look pretty darn cool.

But think of the performance. ?

For me it depends on the vehicle size, the width of the axles, width of the fenders, etc. I find that I like wide tires when they don't stick out at all from under the fenders.
