Fuel Block -12 on 35x12.5 general grabbers
they stick out about an inch
i added the XR fender flares and Rokblokz mud flaps as the offset splatters snow, slush and dirt all over within a few minutes of driving, and i find it ties everything together visually

i don't have a straight rear shot but these...
the rokblokz flap are adjustable so you can make them stick out to your liking, i ended up matching them to the flares.
first picture is without flares and flaps, you can see the splatters after a short drive.

I hear ya` Thankfully I haven't been through MV inspection with any Wrangler, I swap them out before the due date LOL
Inspection in NJ has changed so much it unbelievable, my wife took her Grand Cherokee through and the only thing they did is hook up their computer to the OBD2 port and that was it. It is your responsibility to fix lights or other issues on your own without being told to do so.
Years ago it was like a search going into a hell. measured bumper height, wheel poke, brakes you name it. I am going to read up on just what they check now, I know PA has an issue with rust but I don`t know if that applies here. I`m starting to sweat as I type this PTSD is spot on!
