Phonebook sorting

I've got the 8.4" U connect system and phone book is sorted <last name> <first name>. Can this be changed to show <first name> <last name>?

Just to confuse things, my UConnect phone list is sorted First Name - Last Name. I can't find any way to change it. I have an iPhone and the sort order in the car seems independent of whatever sort order I display in the phone.
