Phaser issue

I have replace piston and rods. Cams and lifters with rockers. Engine runs but has 30 pounds compression on right bank and 130 on left bank. Any ideas on why?

I have triple checked timing marks for all chains as well

Not familiar with your motor, but, are the rocker arms adjustable, or are there shims under the cam lobes? Try a compression leak down test to determine where your compression is escaping.

Motor has hydraulic adjusting lifters. Leak down showed nothing all 6 are the same it appears to be valve timing issue

exactly which marks did you align on the right bank? The arrows will fuck you.
