I struggle to get 22Mpg on a 2022 JLR while the 2020 JLU (with the exact same engine and Rubi tires) easily does 27 on premium gas.
27mpg on a non-diesel?! I’m calling your bluff on that one, unless you’re down hill with a 100mph wind at your back. ?

I've had this message pop up for merely a second 4 different times and all at the same spot on my commute. It happens when accelerating up a steep hill. It never stores the message. I have the 2.0T and first two tanks were 87 octane and been using 89 ever since. My fuel economy went up 2 mpg when switching to 89. I had my dealer look at mine but with no stored codes there was nothing he could do.

Way to blow my theory outta the water.... I thought it was a decelerating thing when we all saw the message. bummer

However, if this always happens in the same spot on your commute, maybe you could be a test subject. Have the dealer go out there with you and bring all their diagnostic tools and reproduce the issue. Not sure if this is possible but whatever it takes to get this resolved.

This is the only picture I have on my phone (From a coast to coast trip).
I did see wind farms along the way, but it wasn’t downhill ?
On regular commutes without traffic jams, 93 gas and a light foot, I normally got 27Mpg

Add me to the list. 801 miles, just saw it (during deceleration) during my commute home after work. '22 2.0L.

...and nope, my '20 2.0L never did this. Ever.

Add me to this fun group. Just got the message this morning during my drive to work on the highway. I'm in FL so no hills here. I filled up my tank yesterday with 91, only difference is I usually go to Costco but got it from Wawa yesterday ?

Mine popped up the first time this morning. 22 JLUR 2.0 auto. Flashed maybe one second then went away. No loss of power, mpg is 21.5, 93 octane here in Texas.

My guess is a software reflash is needed. For the few that have had power loss, especially if you’re off road on a hill when you need throttle to keep momentum going this can be very dangerous.

Jeep isn’t moving anywhere further on this request for me until they replace my front sway bar and electronic disconnect system. The dealer says, “we know that’s the problem.” For all you non-Rubicon owners, take your Jeep to Fort Collins Jeep, they’ll give you a free front electronic sway bar disconnect to fix the problem!

I am tempted to take it to them as it's not far, but something tells me they would refuse and that's a longer drive to risk it lol

Yes, please don't go there, I was kidding. They will probably just tell you, "go home, you're fine."

They really think it’s the disconnect? ??‍♂

They are 100% convinced that is the problem. They say because when the sway bar is disconnected, you'll have limited performance. I asked, why does it say, service fuel system?" and my service advisors just told me, "you have to understand how these things work." HAH!

So, he's asked me to let them install the sway bar and they're very certain it will fix the issue. Jeep Cares doesn't care at all. My case manager Ron, he's impossible to get ahold of. Jeep has probably some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

I left a "poor" review when I got my survey from the dealer. The service advisor called me back and he wasn't very happy with me. Sorry for being honest?

i don’t have the 2.0 engine but have been reading the thread. Sounds like a real cluster#(#*$). On the electronic sway bar controls, I thought the bar would automatically reconnect at a certain speed.
Has anyone given thought to the ball valve in the gas tank being stuck or malfunctioning? Unless Jeep did away with them, it’s supposed to stop the flow of fuel on a rollover.
Do these new engines have a pressure regulator on the fuel system that controls the flow of fuel either on decel or accel?

Same here, I was decelerating going into a right hand turn.
I was decelerating too but I have not seen the message appear since.
Not sure if it was bad fuel or maybe pressing in the fuses where 6 of them went click.
