I was decelerating too but I have not seen the message appear since.
Not sure if it was bad fuel or maybe pressing in the fuses where 6 of them went click.
I have not seen it since seating the fuses also.

I pressed in all fuses before I took delivery. I noticed the other day when I saw the message, I was on the brake. I held the brake for about 10 seconds and as soon as I let off to press the gas the message went away.

I'm adding myself to this thread. 1500 miles, 2.0L.

Only thing different I've done is that I refuled with 93 on Friday at Costco. I've been using 91. Cap is on with a few clicks while pressing in.

I saw it flash for like 0.5s today on my way home from work. Was decelerating after a quick acceleration on the highway. No stored code.

I think it might have been happening for a while, but not sure. I keep thinking I see something flash when the digital speedometer is on, but it's gone when I look down. I figured it as just a weird number thing registering in my peripheral vision.

I'm just going to drive it.

@JeepCares any updates on this?
Their update is to replace the electronic sway bar disconnect. It will fix it on all vehicles. Take your mom-Rubicon to a Jeep dealer and they will give you a free electronic sway bar disconnect.

I'm assuming that's sarcasm?

I've got a Willys model and would like the swaybar disconnect installed to fix the error code too.
On a serious note I've not had the error message display since switching to a different brand of premium fuel and pressing on the fuses in which 6 of them were not fully seated and went "click".

They are 100% convinced that is the problem. They say because when the sway bar is disconnected, you'll have limited performance. I asked, why does it say, service fuel system?" and my service advisors just told me, "you have to understand how these things work." HAH!

So, he's asked me to let them install the sway bar and they're very certain it will fix the issue. Jeep Cares doesn't care at all. My case manager Ron, he's impossible to get ahold of. Jeep has probably some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

I left a "poor" review when I got my survey from the dealer. The service advisor called me back and he wasn't very happy with me. Sorry for being honest?
What is wrong With your disconnect? Surely something has to be pointing them to that.

Add another to the list! 22 JL sahara, 1000 miles, message has popped up twice on deceleration. After seeing this thread hubs checked the fuses, more than 20 were not seated all the way. Had an issue with the screen not coming in a week ago and at 452 miles, it left me stranded at an intersection and had to be towed. A new starter and two new batteries later I got it back, now this message popping up..I'm over it already.

I think an old stored code. When I was in Moab a month ago I got a seat bar error message telling me to have it serviced. Hadn’t seen it since then and I think I was just not flat so it couldn’t reconnect when I pushed the button, it ended up connecting though and was fine since.

I haven't seen this message since. I've tried to recreate the conditions from the last time, can't get it to happen anymore. I haven't experienced any other issues that would be related.

I'm thinking software. They'll have a TSB out one of these days.

I'll give you all an update. I took my Jeep in this morning and the service advisor recommended that I stop using 91 octane fuel and start using 85 octane. He said they've been seeing a lot of limited performance with the 91 octane on the 2.0 engine and the engines making weird noises and I should NOT be using 91 octane in that engine. That is the complete opposite of what the manual says so I hope the right hand can start talking to the left.

Jeep is at the dealer and that's the only update I wanted to share so far.
That is very strange. I have run nothing but 91 octane in my 2.0T for 10,000 miles, and not an trouble at all.
