Pentastar tick oil filter

So here is a picture of my oil filter after 2000 km.
It was like that on the last oil change too.
I decided to switch to Amsoil 5w30 hoping to make it last until my camshaft kit comes in.
I still don't have any engine codes.
This is my only vehicle so can't afford to let it sit.
It's the right side that's ticking now. I was just wondering if anyone has ever had both intake cames develope a tick?
I'm wondering if I should order a left hand kit as well?

Yes, they are metal particles.
My tick is on the right, and as far as I've read it's always the right intake cam/rockers, but in the TSB it mentions both sides and now I'm wondering if I should order a left side cam kit to be pro active. I wonder if my left cam/rocker will soon follow.
