Passenger mirror vibrates at idle

So I adjusted the mirrors for the first time in 4 years and let the gf drive the jeep when we moved since i was driving the truck. But now that it’s all adjusted back to my settings I can’t seem to figure out what to tighten on the mirror to get it to stop vibrating. If I touch it, there’s noticeable looseness compared to the driver side.


If I pull off the cover on the front is there an arm or bracket I can tighten?
