I have a 2018 JLU with 26000 miles Passenger mirror quit moving horizontal. After long trouble shoot found that wires broken in the driver door jump-over. Repaired two broken wires and all good. Seems way too early for wire flex issues. Looks like the new webbed strap is too stiff
