I have terrible road noise coming from the passenger door due to an alignment issue. Any suggestions? Anyone have this issue?

Loosen the door hinge to door bolts (but do not remove), align the door giving an extra MM on the rear side for sag, tighten the hinge bolts to 21 ft/lbs. I had to do that on my driver door once.

Thanks for the advise! Which ones are those?

Have the dealer adjust if in warranty. You can chalk the seals to determine where the gap is….

Sometimes the weather stripping pops off the door, but looks like it's still connected. Check to make sure it's in the groove all the way around.

I cant see a misalignment but unless it's crooked on the hinges, the majority of adjustments are done on the hinge part that is attached to the body of the jeep. Not the door. I'd start there.

I replaced the bottom door hinges with brand new ones.
