Looks like it might be the beginning of corrosion??? Hard to tell if the paint is bubbling there as well or just where it pooled a little when first painted. Either way it shouldn't be cracking like that.

That’s just where the paint got onto the hinge bushing. No big deal.'25 JLUR, I noticed this today on the driver's door lower hinge.
Is this corrosion, or something else?
