I couldn't find many photos of this bumper installed on a JL so I thought I would share. Just finished bolting it up. Need to rewire my winch now (going to relocate the solenoid). Bumper shell is aluminum and winch tray is steel. I rattle canned the winch tray black and then put satin clear over the winch tray as well as the bumper shell. Install was a PITA due to all of the cutting involved. Price was great @ $530 shipped with military discount. I'm very pleased with the quality of the bumper. If I had to guess, it weighs about 60 lbs less than my Mopar steel stubby and warn tray. Another 5-7 lbs of steel was removed from the Jeep as well.

Wow, that's slick.

How much frame did you have to chop?

The plate on the ends of the frame that the factory bumper bolts to have to get cut off, but you want to remove as little of the frame rail itself as possible. Then, the horns that stuck down from the frame need removed, but leave just enough of it so that your sway bar mounts remain. I'll share a photo of how mine are cut.

Lots of flap wheeling to remove all of the welds.
