ORDER TRACKING for your Jeep Wrangler

@JLWF Dealer Guy - not sure if it's related, but a couple days ago the spreadsheets went crazy in size. I don't know what changes were made, but they went from 300k to over 6MB.

I'm unsure if it's related to the issues people are having - but I think I recall people having trouble about the same time the spreadsheet ate a donut.

hopefully this might help? I know it would suck not to be able to see your tracking info ;(

I know it eventually loads on my pc. But errored at least once with a long running script error.

It’s slow on desktop pc on a hard line to the Internet.

I had trouble a few days ago opening on an iPhone, but from my Mac on a wireless network, it opens just fine. I have some trouble in that the "find" feature sometimes doesn't work, but the file opens immediately and seems trouble free. My only problem with the spreadsheet is that there hasn't been an change to my Jeep's data in over a month, but that is not the spreadsheet's fault, that is FCA's fault!

Don't give up the faith folks! I just got the text that our Rubicon was delivered early this morning to the dealership 8 weeks to the day from time of order......not too bad in hindsight! But the funny thing is, the wife called the new tracking hotline 24 hours ago and they didn't know much of anything about it other than it moved fast for awhile and then suddenly stopped (Marion OH). The lady on the phone told her it was showing D1 status?? What the heck! Talk about the heart skipping a beat! And then it shows up the next morning. All I can say is hang in there and don't give up hope and for sure, don't trust the tracking that Jeep gives out.

Great news for you, congratulations! I ordered 14 weeks ago (OK, 13.88 but let's not be picky), and there is no end in sight for me - no ETA, no indication when, or even if, it might ship, other than "it has been released for shipping." I contacted that "special new" contact group, and all I got was "yours is ready for shipping, but there have been shipping delays." No new information, no indication of when I might get my Jeep. I'm close to bailing on Jeep after 25 years as a loyal, faithful customer!

Anybody who’s had issues opening the spreadsheet from an Apple iOS device try downloading the Google Sheets App. I’ve been using that for a solid 3 weeks now without any problems.

Two back to back 70 degree days at that. Softop going on first thing tomorrow. Goodbye Alorton. Fyi, dealer still shows it KZS in transit and had to manually check it in.

Sorry to say still won’t open on iPad, same message , but it opens on my laptop just fine, thank you @JLWF Dealer Guy for all your efforts, on the bright side, my JL is in Tampa, so any day now!! Just needs to get to my dealer in St. Pete... Fingers crossed they get it in the next day or 2
