So from above the BG statues means it was never accepted. This isn't Jeep or Stellantis' fault but 100% on your dealer. I'd even say you were more to blame than Jeep and especially Stellantis by not following up and asking your dealer what BG meant.

Sucks this happened to you I wouldn't expect to hear from the board or CEO of Stellantis or even Jeep however I would recommend talking to the sales manager and owner of the dealership and see what they can do to help you out.

Just make sure your calm and don't yell at them telling them they are shit etc.
With the BG status, that was when the order was modified. I basically changed the top to a hard top and I think got rid of the half doors. The order was accepted the following day. The order was modified from an existing order in October but then got cancelled on November 14th, approximately 3 1/2 weeks later.

The Chairman of the board, CEO, COO and the guy over North America sales may not have anyone contact me back and if so, they will get more emails from me and others until they do. I’ll be an asshole and put every board member and corporate persons emails on blast until someone does respond. But needless to say, lesson learned. I don’t foresee myself buying any Stellantis vehicles again if they don’t contact me back and at the bare minimum apologize for the screw up.

Really think this is a dealer issue. If they cancelled the order after accepting then this is on the dealer, they would have been notified. If your sales guy is saying it was on hold due to orders for the 30th anniversary again he doesn't know what he is talking about since it is the 20th anniversary that is coming out but no one knows when, it hasn't been announced

Your salesman doesn’t know anything.And if your waiting on a 30th you got another 10 years to wait.We’re do people come up with stuff
From my experience so far, placing an order now for the 30th sounds like a good idea ? Might actually get one.

When did I claim to be a Wrangler expert? But since you seem to know more than I, or at least claim you do, can you give me an example of specific things about them that I know nothing about?

Dealer should have notified you in November. This isn't a Jeep corporate issue. Your salesperson was lazy or not on their game. Putting corporate on blast is like putting Colonel Sanders on blast because your Mtn Dew didn't have enough ice in the cup.

People are saying you don't know about Jeep, for at least one reason, because the 30th anniversary of the Rubicon would be in another ten years, more or less. I don't know if you know everything to know about Jeep, but if someone is selling you a 30th anniversary model, you may want to pay cash now. It's probably going to be a lot more expensive when it comes out in nine or ten years.

Breathe. It's a Jeep. Lots of them for sale. First world problem at best. You live a charmed life if this issue is a major problem for you.

When did I claim to be a Wrangler expert? But since you seem to know more than I, or at least claim you do, can you give me an example of specific things about them that I know nothing about?
One thing forsure is how to order a Jeep .Probably cause you keep changing it up.Reps get sick of doing that for dealers

The dealership was who suggested to me that Jeep may have simply made mine an anniversary Jeep and pushed it to a later build. He had said 30th and I didn’t do the math. Because you’re right. They didn’t come out until what was it 2003 or 2004? So my bad on that. And I realize that Jeep doesn’t give a crap about 1 customer. Or even a small number of us. But, if they are going to ignore the issue, I will eventually find a way to get in direct contact and get answers. And fortunately for me, I have a way of doing that. I’ll be cordial. But I’ll get an answer one way or the other.

.Then go do it.Then make a big deal about.There’s hundreds of xrs on lots thru out the country..And .They’ll brush you off and get sick of it.And your dealers sells manager would have got a flag on there order system.There probably passing the buck on corporate

I never kept changing anything. My dealership already had the Jeep on order for themselves but it had not been issued a VIN yet and the order could still be edited. Only 2 things were changed. The top to a hard top and 1 other thing. I think it was getting rid of the dual door group or something? The next day my salesman contacted me back and said everything was accepted. We then started the build wait. Never heard anything and checked the status this past week to discover that it no longer existed. After some research by Jeep customer service they said it got cancelled 3 1/2 weeks later on November 14th but nobody knows why and nobody was ever notified. Initially my dealer wonder if they had converted my build to a Rubicon anniversary build because some customer orders had been pushed to the following build year last year apparently. It wasn’t until I reached out yesterday to a few Jeep numbers that someone found the order and found that it was cancelled but nobody knew why?

First a anniversary would be alot more money then what you ordered.Have dealer call there district rep.Only thing that sucks iits a 392 xr they reached there allotment for production.So getting one built is pretty much done now .Get a regular and get dealer to discount it deep .
