@ORACLElights

Why not offer to these forum member's that got charged the shipping fee a refund of that fee.. That is far better the offering excuses..
Thank you! 100% I mean it’s solely the principal… yes it’s only $10 big deal…. Just quite frustrating especially now being told it could have been waived lol

Hey guys! We are getting the replacements out as fast as possible! Alot of the concerns with LEDS out and water ingress were corrected on the latest production run. If you ever need replacements for any ORACLE part in the future, please make sure you let us know you are a forum member or if you pre ordered! Thank you!
Well said. Now let's see what the consumer who purchased these lights has experienced.

Now let's see what the consumer who purchased these lights has experienced.
I pre-ordered the Oracle flush mount LED lights in November 2021, during the original group buy promotion. The lights were shipped out to early adopters like me as part of the first batch in late Dec. 2021/early Jan. 2022.

Oracle eventually disclosed that there were issues of water ingress on an early production run of the tail lights, and that corrective measures were occurring. The timing of my purchase, and the lights' ship date, had me concerned that I'd be affected by said ingress issues. PA's winters are wet and snowy enough to have given the lights a proper field test in such matters.

That didn't occur; their performance since Day 1 has been superlative. Had that been different, I'd have given the company a fair chance to make things right before venting my spleen online. :)

I’ve given them the chance. And I have recently received my replacement light. Hopefully I have no further issues but now after we pay they claim there was a way to avoid paying the shipping which I would have appreciated knowing prior and was never told until now after I have received my replacement and already paid the shipping… a refund would be a cheap and easy way to make things right but we’ll see what happens there… just VERY disappointing is all. I love the design just wish the warranty process was more detailed and didn’t require taking more money from the consumer. Happy yours haven’t had any issues and hope they continue not to.. mine on the other hand didn’t even manage to make it thru a single season so now I’m worried about my driver side light now coming up on PA winters sober soon.

To ease everyone's mind a little bit, let us explain this process so you fully understand.
  • We addressed already multiple times about the water ingress and LEDS out. Adjustments were made on the last production run for this. Warranty options are available for replacement.
  • If the product is in stock, we will offer you to return it at no cost, in exchange for a replacement.
  • HOWEVER, if the product is out of stock we offer the photo warranty option with paid shipping.
  • THIS IS SO YOU ARE NOT WITHOUT A TAILIGHT, and DO NOT HAVE TO UNINSTALL THE PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR REPLACEMENT.
    • This was the case for a couple weeks while the corrections we made to the taillights regarding the situation above.
  • Shipping is protocol for replacement parts for photo warranty. However, as stated previously on another thread, we waived shipping on a case by case basis.

James, that's a valid point and I'm in full agreement with you on it. ?

each comment you guys make is just a list of the same excuses… at this point in time I think those of us in this particular thread understand that… the point is whether in stock or not I would have rather not had to pay more money for shipping I could have put the led Chinese lights I have in or my oem… at this point those Chinese lights I have seem to be of better quality than Oracle and they were literally a quarter of the cost…. Not happy with Oracle thus far
