FYI, he may be on the road to GSMJI. I checked my email. Looks like I submitted a case on the website and had response next day. You can upload the pic and reciept in the first submisison.

Took a little while to get the new light since they weren't in stock, but I wasn't in a rush since it was the DRL and was going in and out. If it's making you not legal, I'd ask them to rush it.
Will do, I kept my Chinese LED's I replaced these with as well as my halogen OEMs so worst case scenario could always revert back to either of those.

I've had Oracle Lighting's flush mount tail lights on my 2021 Wrangler JLU Willys for only 1 month and just today I noticed about half of my passenger LED is unlit.

Has Anyone else had this issue?

Planning on reaching out to CJ Pony Parts tomorrow morning to hopefully get a replacement but we'll see.
If they don't help then hopefully someone over at Oracle will help me.

Aside from this issue I love the tail lights! Extremely bright reverse lights and I just love the overall look.

Just very disappointing that the Chinese LED tail lights I had gotten from amazon prior to these seem to have a better overall construction... smh?

Once these have failed completely I will return to the OEM setup. It is silly to pay for high quality and you do not get high quality. Very disappointed.

I am going through the same issue. Just received the replacement light today. I really do not like after paying such a high price for the lights, Oracle hit me up for the shipping. I 100% agree! if It weren’t for me really liking the aesthetic I absolutely would have just returned to the Chinese ones I had… they were better quality apparently and a quarter of the price… my replacement finally just shipped, after 3 weeks of backorder

shouldn’t have to mention being a forum member to get free shipping or quicker shipping… I even paid for expedited shipping when I first ordered these which was completely pointless since I’ve been driving around with a busted passenger side tail light… price point vs quality is way out of whack…. Very disappointed. And like we said before having to even go that extra step and pay an extra $10 just to get our replacement is absolutely ridiculous. You guys get a D- rating from me so far! I’m just lucky I haven’t been pulled over for my tail light yet… my turn signal won’t even work on it so lucky to not have been in an accident yet either!

Anyone want to purchase my Oracle tail lights? I am going back to the OEM now. Make an offer and I am certain we can work it out. This product is not reliable nor worth the crazy price. I'm out Oracle.

Hey! We are happy to clarify this for you!
Customers have two options when completing a warranty. We send you a return label to get the product back, its tested at our facility, once confirmed the product has a manufacturer defect, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
The second option is to send a photo of the product not working, and we can send a replacement with a small shipping fee.
As stated we make exceptions and talk with customers in depth to see how we can better service them. If there is an issue or upset customers we do our best to make accommodations and help any way we can.

This happened to me as well. I can understand a backorder issue, but I cannot understand why (and nobody has explained this to me from Oracle) I have to pay for shipping on a part that is under warranty. It didn't matter to the person I spoke with, to get my replacement light, that I was a member of this, or any other, forum...I still had to pay the shipping cost. And I DID get stopped two days ago for my taillight being out! Luckily the police officer was understanding and I got off with a warning. That being said, the replacement taillight is supposed to be here tomorrow.

And another thing - I had water intrusion in the taillight that does not work anymore. I removed the unit and was able to watch the water drip out of the bottom of the light. There wasn't much...maybe a couple of tablespoons full...but there's something not sealed correctly.

I cannot recommend these to anyone.

Well I wasn’t informed of option 1 but nonetheless a “small shipping fee is nonsense when you guys are charging a PREMIUM for tail lights.

Why not offer to these forum member's that got charged the bogus return shipping fee a refund of that fee.. That is far better the offering excuses..
