I went that route as well. Been over a year with zero issues and I still find it super convenient to have the connector right at the front bumper. We get tons of nail flats on our work trucks (we drive through lots of new housing construction areas) and it makes it a quick inflate after I plug the puncture.I use the pony tailed guys ([Banned Site]) mount. puts it under the brake booster on the firewall. Also made an extension hose and bracket to mount an air chuck by my winch.

I'm surprised you were able to link this - may not last long - admin is pretty diligent about keeping any reference to his stuff in a black hole..This is the system I used.
With hind sight I might have gone for ARB's twin compressor, but the single compressor works fine for me. Good luck.
