If it's a 3.6 that's how all of mine have read when they have the proper amount of oil in them. The oil is always onto the cable, above the notch in the casting on the end of the dipstick.

You want a Fumoto F106 M14-1.5 ... Use the forum search feature using the word Fumoto in order to find the many threads discussing the Fumoto Oil Drain Valve.

ITs funny, my wifes is always above the line and on the cable at full also. However, mine is not. 1/4" above that recessed area in the dipstick won't hurt a thing.
This is how mine reads with 5 quarts and a filter change - note, it's well above the recess in the dipstick end. In fact, both my prior 2020 and my 2022 read this way with 5 quarts - if you let it sit long enough.
Change it if you wish, but it's no big deal.
These things will be ok with 6 - not what you should do, but it certainly won't self-destruct.
