Oil down a quart after 3000 miles

2020 4 DR Rubicon 3.6 auto with 31,000 miles,, after 3000 miles since last oil change no oil consumption. I really want to switch to 5-30 synthetic oil at the next oil change. Just cannot think 0-20 oil helps the top end, pretty sure it's about fuel consumption.....
if its not using oil between changes and no problems I would leave it alone.

Thanks my mechanic said the same thing. He mentioned if there ever is an engine issue and they find you used the none oem oil they will reject any warranty claim.

As your Jeep is a 2020, we'd guess you're pretty close to the expiration of the 5 year powertrain warranty? You should be free to use the oil weight of your choice any day now. 👍

It is, buying a 3 year bumper to bumper extended warranty shortly. :)
