Hi! I’ve been several times over the last year among other off road trips so I’d say I’m we’ll versed and prepared

Meet me at the cabin around 10am if you’d like to join our group! My contact info is in an earlier post.

You can’t miss my Jeep either - look for the black Bear Trap. I’ll be with my partner, James and we’re bringing a couple of our friends who haven’t experienced off roading yet. Excited to meet everyone tomorrow!

Thanks! It was a pleasure meeting everyone! Damn it, Cathleen I would have loved to stay longer!!! lol (She’s fine btw).

I’ll be there again in August too, next time they’re open. And still on the lookout for off-road spots in Ohio in the meantime!

Hello all,

Just recently got a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite. I live in northern Ohio and am looking for beginner trails since I have never done this before. Would southington be a good place to take my stock trailhawk? If not does anyone know of any other places I could take it too. My girlfriend also recently got a stock wrangler recently and would like to take that as well.

Hi! Yes, your Cherokee Trailhawk Elite would get through quite a bit there. There’s good variety in the trails/obstacles “ranging from mild to wild”. I also have seen plenty of Renegades teaming up with Wranglers for rides.

Had a blast a few weeks ago with the group here and I imagine most of the what we did, you could do too - with the exception of a rock/hill climb obstacle that I couldn’t make it over (not sure if I should blame my long wheel base or lack of lockers or what...)

If you - or anyone else - are interested in going, they are open this weekend and I will be there on Saturday at 10am (at the cabin). If you want to tag along, I’d be happy to wheel with you!

Got my jeep a couple of weekends ago. I'll keep an eye out and hope someone on here heads to Southington in September. Right on! I go every month (they’re only open the first weekend of each month, except January).

Looking forward to going this Saturday at 10am too! Going to be perfect weather!
