We're in Medina County. Total of three Jeeps - a '22 JL, a '20 JLU and a '19 WK2. Looking for local clubs, but not finding much. Anyone know of any in NEO?
I have owned many Jeep Cherokees but decided to order a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on 11/11/21. I was very excited waiting for it to be built. In March I decided to cancel and purchase a 2022 Gladiator they had on the lot. But I kept checking with Jeep chat to see if it ever was going to be built. Finally around May 17th I was told it was built waiting to be shipped between May 19th to June 2nd. It arrived at the dealer June 1st and I went to see it and traded my Gladiator in and bought the Rubicon. Turned out I am very glad I did I love it.
Older thread w/ last post from 2022 but WTH, I will bump it to say hello.
I'm near Lexington / Mansfield.
I bought a 24 Sport S manual last week and am doing some basic mods to make it a bit more capable while still retaining its DD abilities. Previously had some lightly built 4Runners so I pretty much know what I want / need going into this.
I do a lot of exploring in Coshocton, Holmes, Knox, other nearby counties that have a ton of dirt roads and abandoned roads; generally go about every third week or so for a Saturday or Sunday. Nothing crazy gnarly, about 10% requires 4WD and probably 1% is 4Lo, a few little river crossings and such on the route I frequently run. I'll keep an eye on this thread in case it gets some traction if anyone wants to tag along..
Heading to SD and WY in late August so I'll get some miles down and do some good dirt then for sure...
Lancaster area checking in. Spent this past weekend in Vinton County with the TJ. Took the '21 Sahara down a couple of weeks ago to hit some easy trails.
