For those that drive they're Jeep to the trail, wheel it, and drive home, let's see your setup. Do you pack it all in the back, do you load a trailer up, do you use a basket, or some combination. Let's see what you got

In a 3-6 section storage bin and a tool box I carry:
First aid kit, trauma aid kit, 3 towels, 2 gallons of water, lite snacks, flash light, work gloves, folding infantry shovel, multi-tool, machete (with saw blade on top), garrote style saw, bungee cord set, zip ties, .380 with two spare magazines, 1918 Fighting knife, kinetic rope kit with 2 soft shackles, two tow ropes, 3 D shackles and 3 snatch blocks, fire extinguisher, phone charging cable, binoculars, whistle, lite hammock, tools to tighten side mirrors and foot pegs, small cooler of cold drinks, downloaded maps of area to be driven if necessary. Emergency valve stem replacements, Via-air compressor, deflation stems (set to 17 psi). Jeep has Warn Winch.

If I feel necessary, I also bring a soft rifle bag holding a small axe, crow bar, pry bar, bolt cutters and lock (if I have to go through a road block in an emergency {fire, injury, threat, etc, lock to replace cut link]) and a small sledge hammer.

I don't have pics, but I strap a 50 gallon Husky rolling tool chest onto an atv hitch rack from Harbor Freight. Keeps everything dry and there's also room on the rack to cram a medium size cooler. When I get to where I'm going I just roll the chest to where I want.

I always have a basic “survival” kit packed in a .50 cal ammo can and self rescue equipment on board. I add whatever else I may want/think I’ll need predicated on “where” and “how long”-this May include tent, sleeping bag, rifle, fishing tackle, archery equipment, , extra water, food/cooking and eating equipment etc depending solely upon the trip. I’m seldom out for more than 3 days at a time. All lives in the back of the Jeep. Longest trips are typically bow hunting.
