Hello All,

We have received an update regarding Off-Road Pages. Manual downloads will not be available on driveuconnect.com until further notice, contrary to the information we had previously provided. However, anyone needing the JORP manual download can visit their dealership at any time, as it was just made available at the end of last week. TSB 08-001-19 has been released for dealers to perform the manual update using a flash drive, and they have access to this TSB through their online technical resources. At this time, if you call the dealer and request for TSB 08-001-19 to be applied to your vehicle, they can perform the repair once you bring it in. As always, please feel free to message us with further questions.

I've taken my Jeep to the dealer for this tsb twice and they've concluded that my Jeep JLUR is not compatible with the flash update. In other words, my Jeep isn't supposed to get this update. They just sent me on my way. A Jeep cares rep was supposed to call me back last week, maybe he is too busy because I haven't received a call back. I've been left all alone and forgotten. I've pm'd you guys, no response. I honestly don't feel like anyone cares about my issues. I know you guys must be busy but geeze, enough is enough. I've been patient, I've done my research. I've wasted two days of my time for my service rep to tell me that my Jeep isn't supposed to have this update and the off-road pages.

I'd really like to file a formal compliant, but I know that would fall on deaf ears too.

You need to tag @JeepCares on your post and send them another PM. They've worked hard for me and I'm sure they will for you, too. Work the problem and don't give up. It took me a year to get my ORP and I finally got them and it is great. Yes, a year. JeepCares worked hard to help me out. Your dealer may just be ignorant and needs help understanding the issue.

They told me the same but ordered me a new radio instead of telling me to pound sand.

Hi @Man-of-methods,

I just searched our private messages, and we do not have a message from you regarding Off-Road Pages since this TSB has been released. Please send us a PM if you are having a difficult time with your dealer or case manager. We are happy to intervene.
