A rep from the company that you are ranting about actually responded on a public forum with a reasonable answer. I’m not sure that I could ask for much more from a company.

Ok, it's $528.80 as you see, and as @Northridge4x4 explained. $857.15 CAD after shipping/fees. And it aounds like you'll get it much faster than you otherwise may have.Yes this is what I wanted to purchase.
I do agree that they have fast delivery but this is what I'm seeing on the web site.Ok, it's $528.80 as you see, and as @Northridge4x4 explained. $857.15 CAD after shipping/fees. And it aounds like you'll get it much faster than you otherwise may have.
Well, at least the booze is cheaper in the USA, got that going for us.Well I looked last Friday on Northridge web site for Dynatra Ball joints for my jeep, they were $702 Canadian and free shipping..
Went to order them on Sunday and could not find the web site....
Finally got through (email talking to Chris) and was told they closed down the Canadian ware house. (Would have been nice if they let us know)
I told him I tried to order them and couldn't prior.
Chris said to call in and ask for Marcel as he is still in Canada and would take care of me..
Talked to Marcel and this was his way of taking care of me:
- order from the USA website and pay USD dollars
- no free shipping and pay $79 usd
- pay a International fee $27.09
- pay vise chargers
So what should have $793 Canadian delivered is now $1,012 USD delivered. WTF
This is what they call taking care of me I would hate to see their after purchase care....I guess this is why they had to leave Canada.
I bet the parts will be shipped from the Canadian warehouse direct to me. I can't see them trucking them back to the USA, them mail them to me....
If this is the best customer service they can offer I'm in impressed at all.
As for Marcel he didn't even attempt to help!
I actually go the feeling he just wanted me to go away....
Well guess what....I went away and will tell everyone who will listen...
Sorry for the rant
Fair enough. I should have.OP, they are under no obligation to let you know they are closing a warehouse. Entitled much? Sounds like you should have placed the order instead of dragging your feet.
These threads never seem to go the way the poster thinks they will.
Yep add in the $13 tool set and the $80 tax and the math likely works out. Still quite a bit less than the $1,012 USD you first posted.sssdfffff
I do agree that they have fast delivery but this is what I'm seeing on the web site.
This is showing $728usd. or $983CDN
I will call them in the morning to clarify..

Defiantly for sure. Picked up 2 - 1.75lt Grey Goose for $108 Canadian. Here they are over $230..Well, at least the booze is cheaper in the USA, got that going for us.
The first step is admitting it.This made me wonder how regular a customer I was. 35 orders in a little over 3 years. I think I may have a problem.
Not to drag it out. $728 USD concert $983 add 3% visa charge $1,012cdn.Yep add in the $13 tool set and the $80 tax and the math likely works out. Still quite a bit less than the $1,012 USD you first posted.
The solution is clear: move south. Not to drag it out. $728 USD concert $983 add 3% visa charge $1,012cdn.
If I said USD I have to apologize for my error.
As Northride said $855cdn I will call in the morning to confirm.
Just a little confused as what they say is different than the web site,
Appreciated.Give Marcell a call tomorrow and he will do the best he can to help you out.
