Ordered on 4/30, sent an email to this new service yesterday and got a response today. Slated for building to start on the week of 5/14. Hopefully everything keeps moving this smooth, although after everything Iā€™ve read from other members, I definitely shouldnā€™t hold my breath lol

During the shipping phase your dealer will be able to see more in depth details when tracking - while customer care agents will have a more broad overview.

After Jeep customer care told me yesterday that my Jeep still hasnā€™t been approved for shipping I got a call from the dealer today letting me know my rubicon arrived last night. Donā€™t listen to Jeep just have your dealer check the status on VINVision.

For those that have used the emai path gotten a update after the first email? The emails said they would up date on status changes. I donā€™t want to keep bugging them, just trying to figure out if they really do send updates without being asked.

Nothing- so I sent another email and got the same exact response from a different person - with the same case #...word for word response. 60 days, still ā€œFirm Scheduleā€ - D.

Nothing- so I sent another email and got the same exact response from a different person - with the same case #...word for word response. 60 days, still ā€œFirm Scheduleā€ - D.
I donā€™t think they are sending updates unless itā€™s requested. I used Jeep chat and found that mine is ready to ship but I have yet to receive any other emails except for the initial one when I inquired.

I got an update this morning about 4 days after sending and receiving an email. So they do seem to be sending out updat3s which is nice. Sadly the update did not specify that my jeep had been delivered but is waiting a spot on a train/truck. Also mentioned that shipping has been a problem and that they have no real idea when it will get going.

Another email from them giving me an ETA that matches the spreadsheet. For those keeping track that is 2 updates in 2 days. Seems like they are trying.

Well, I must be a special case. I just completed an overseas tour in Italy, and order my JLR through the base exchange company - Military AutoSource. Jeep tells me their info only applies to the US retail market, and that I should contact the dealer for updates. Well, just got a response from the base in Italy that 30 May is the production completion date. Happy for that update, but still donā€™t understand why Jeep couldnā€™t have told me that.

Called in..gave last 8 of vin and she couldn't find anything. Gave the lady full vin and was put on hold..went from D1 to E yesterday. Apparently that is paint and trim which they can escalate after 2 weeks. I can't find that list/chart of stages now

I am doing the tracking via jeep garage but have called them twice. First time the guy first couldn't find me. Then after hold came on he just said "car is waiting parts, no status code given". On the tracking I went to D1 the next day. Nothing has changed so I called today. Again she couldn't find me in the system and put me on hold, scary I know. After a bit then she said "have all the parts and just getting ready, no status change code"

We shall see how the drama unfolds.

Nice to see some getting replies, it's been about a week without a peep from anyone from FCA regarding status sitting in "I" . I've been in limbo for over three weeks now.
