I just called. The lady was very nice over the phone. She gave me a case# for when I call again, I just give them that number and it pulls up all my information. That way I don't have to give them name, address, phone, and VIN each time. Plus, she encouraged me to call back tomorrow. Since my Jeep is in shipping status, it could change anytime and get moving again. Come on choo choo train!! I know you can, I know you can, I know you can!

I sent an email yesterday right after the original message was posted and I still do not have a response. Not saying I expected one same day but I do hope to hear from them sometime today.

I called, super nice lady picked up on first ring, passed her my VON and got my status with 5 min. Don't be shy, just pick up the phone....wait is this a jeep forum or my 18yr old son . . . same advice.

At least in my case the only sending an email is not about not wanting to call it was more of a test of will the actually get back to us in the methods offered. I am only 5 weeks waiting so getting an immediate response is not going to change my situation much.
