Noise when turning?

I have this noise when turning. It’s considerably louder when turning left. I have searched and have found similar posts but no remedy. Please help!

I went to my local Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership to buy differential fluid. I gave them my VIN to ensure that I would get the exact fluid for the front and rear. He gave me the fluid I needed but did not tell me that I needed LSD additive in the rear. So I assumed he gave me what I needed. After extensive research, I found that I indeed did need the additive. After adding it the noise is gone.

I generally solve this issue by always using royal purple as it already has the additive in it.
