Check your NV Diff Covers!
Both my front & rear covers leaking oil through the powder coating. Poor quality welds, or lack of proper overlapping at the corners. Warranty replacements on the way.

I know this is a super old thread, but I did want to mention that we had this issue a few times, re-did the process a few times, and now do a leak down test on each unit twice before they pass QC.

We pressurize and check each one using a factory gasket after welding, and again post-machining to get these 100% right. If they don't pass the test, they don't ship.
