When we designed/released the first ever JL corner armor to the market, we were intent on full compatibility with all of the optional safety features on the JL including the blind spot detectors that live in the factory tail lamps. As we've seen more of our customers go after hardcore trails and...
I wanted to run some larger tires on my JL; and I wasn't willing to push it any further without a truss. New gears and upgraded shafts were acquired, but I didn't see anything on the market for a truss that I could honestly say I loved. Most addressed the common failure point of the front axle...

Made a few final adjustments/changes since we posted up last. Main differences are additional venting and heat shields for the high voltage components+exhaust skid on the driver side, and some additional mounting for the evap canister (they locate one in front of the fuel tank on these), and...
It sounded like Tyler got you squared away last week, but I wanted to follow up anyways! Usually we don't see that much of a gap between the vertical frame mounting plates inside the bumper and the frame; however there is some vehicle to vehicle variance from one frame to the next and our worst...
Well, it's a bit lighter and smoother on the bottom, but I don't think that's enough to overcome the brick like aerodynamics of a Wrangler 😅 If you want a Jeep that *feels* like it flies, AMW does offer a 1000hp/950lb-ft hemi swap -- but I think it's a bit more then 3k.
A comparison of our 4xe...
Our team put on a staff run at EJS this year, and our media guy Nick just had a chance to wrap up a video and interview some members of our team about their personal rigs:
In putting this out there, we just wanted to give everyone a chance to get to know something about our team. We have...
John,
I appreciate your input on the subject matter; but I also have to say that not all aluminum skids on the market are created equal. Some of that is due to material selection and a lot of it is due to design choices. Of the Next Venture skids that we've seen start to move underneath a...
Matt - correct on the replacement vs stacking. We do replace a lot of the factory steel components -- just like our other JK/JL/JT systems the factory fuel tank exits the chat in favor of some clearance and weight reduction. It's a bit more labor up front during install, but I find it difficult...
It was too good to delay another day -- we're launching the 4xE Aluminum Belly Skid Systems this July 4th! Happy 4xE of July!
Want your 4xE to be trail ready, any time? Skid plates provide advanced protection for your JL's most critical components -- your engine, transmission, transfer case...
Abe, thanks for tagging me and asking! Our bumpers are designed to hug pretty tight (we don't like to lose clearance or departure) and are about as tight to the frame and body as they can be without having to do a frame chop or modification.
I've seen this before; and sometimes the rear...
Hope everyone has some fun plans for the 4th of July! Me and the family will be headed out to do the Rimrocker Trail this weekend that runs from Montrose Colorado to Moab Utah.
Just wanted to post up that we're having our annual 4x4th of July Sale right now - use code "4x4JULY" now through July...

@STW looks like UPS recorded a drop off on Friday morning of last week.
We do have a new install video of the corners on a 4 Door if it helps:
Curious to see what (if any) differences you run into on the 2 door! We've have a couple folks adapt them to 2 door models already but their rigs were...
Not an absolute requirement. We do have a small spacer that take up the gap along the body so the rocker armor and corners are not required. If you're really going to be hard on the rear fender flares I would recommend running a full corner however to help distribute impacts a bit better.
I don't seem to recall having been involved in that conversation; but we did have quite a few of us out there from the team. The plastic flares do have that unique advantage of being flexible or bouncing off of things. In my experience they do an even better job of popping completely off of the...
