No video, but here are some pics of the finished product. As mentioned before, check the condition of your plastic bushing in between the shafts of the FAD. I upgraded the knuckles, ball joints, axle shafts, hub bearings and bushing for this mod.

@melendez69, I would encourage you to open up the FAD so you can inspect the components in there, especially the plastic bushing. I’ve read reports of those disintegrating. You’re getting into a fairly advanced job. It would suck to find out after the fact that there is something wrong in there.

Question for the OP… How did you reinstall the FAD splined coupling, fully engaged on the passenger axle or engaged on both halves of the passenger & intermediate shafts? I’m asking this because of your earlier post of not knowing whether the FAD was engaged or not. Did you reinstall the fork...

Just my 2 cents worth…. Check your tolerances. What interference are you dealing with? I had to reduce the OD of the ball joint with fine emery cloth to keep it around .002-.0025 interference fit. Go lightly with the emery cloth, it doesn’t take much to remove the material. Also, I hade to...

All kidding aside, I don’t like the droop. Still looking for a bolt on, rigid handle that is strong and placed out of the way.

Another issue might be, there is not grab handle in this world that would clear that massive fro of yours. 😎
