Oh God I hope they never do. I soooo wanted a 2dr Rubi with XR in a nice Steele Blue. But they don’t make it so I hope they never do. “Settled” on a white 2dr Rubi with my own XR set up.

Of course the ultimate would be the above in a 392.

I hear ya. I settled on a XR Rubi in a 4 door, but as soon as they do announce it I will swap out. If they do a 20th anniversary Rubicon next year and offer it on that with a 2 door that will be perfect.

Pretty cool. Wish the XR option was available when I bought my JLUR in March/2021.

I guess now, with all my mods done, I'd have to wait for their answer to the Bronco Raptor to upgrade.

I keep waiting for them to realize that they have the parts in inventory to do a Wrangler with the Mohave stuff and the XR stuff. They could build a 392XR with the Fox bypass shocks and hydraulic jounce bumps. It would be a killer setup.

I know the feeling. I got my 2021 in February last year. But was able to get an 22 XR ordered just before the price hike. I’m built about like you. So spending time removing all the suspension and aesthetic parts to put on the XR. My dealer is pretty cool. I’m swapping front bumpers, sliders,lifts etc. I just wanted the axles and the larger brakes are a bonus.

Wow,,, would have definitely gone 2.0 with my new order & save some cash! I have the 2.0 now on my 2dr & it has been great so far. First I missed the price hike deadline & now this! Just kick me in the “s why don’t U.

I have a feeling it won’t be long and Jeep will offer the XR across the entire lineup.
