Dealer advertises 7-8% below invoice. MSRP of build is $44885 + $1895 destination charge. Received quote of $41,350. I've never been through this process - do the #s make sense?

I'm sure they could charge you more money for it if you'd like

I'm sure they could. Just asking as I am not familiar with the correlation between MSRP and invoice.

Is that quote “out the door” or before taxes and fees and does it include current incentives?

Before. It includes the vehicle with destination charge only.
That sounds pretty close. When I purchased mine at approximately 8% under invoice, it came out to around 87% of MSRP. You should still get whatever incentives are going on at the time of delivery.

check out the threads for ordering, you'll find order guides, excel spreadsheets, etc that will help you see the difference between msrp and invoice so you can check if the numbers you got make sense

You might want to wait a week or two. There are indications of a wave of significant discounts coming.
Significant is my favorite kind of discount. :like:

I'm certainly not in a rush. Wouldn't be looking at all if it weren't for Mojito coming back.

Did you see this posted somewhere? Wonder how this might affect my order through a dealer here in WI.

My suggestion, if they are advertising a certain amount below invoice then get them to show you the invoice.

Having been through the factory order process myself few years back, That all looks normal to me.

Number seems a bit low I will say, not that that's a bad thing.

Care to share what trim and options you're looking at?

This quote was for a Gladiator, Sport S with convenience group. Requested a quote for a similar Wrangler that came back a bit higher - as expected since the automatic is standard on the JT and a pricey option on the JL.
