They don’t look bad although I’m pretty sure they are 7ā€ so you’ll still need brackets. Titan sells the same brackets you can find on amazon for half the price.

Looks like it comes with brackets.

All JL & JLU headlights come with our 7" headlight adapter bracket.

buying JLU soon
I saw this online, and looks to be a knockoff of the OEM Mopar LED lights. They are considerably cheaper, but I am still not sure to pull the gun and get them.

you're going to pay 500 bucks for LED headlights you can buy on alibaba or amazon for like 100-150 and a bracket you can buy for 80.

These "JLU LED Headlights" are all a scam until someone comes out with a true 9 inch dedicated headlight. Just buy a cheap JK LED headlight and bracket if you're going this rate and save 300 bucks

They look kinda cheaply made.

Take a look at the Quake. They have a 9" they just released. Mine is still in a box since I have not had time to install so this is in no way a recommendation for them. I will say their customer service was top notch.

Idk I'd have to see what they look like in a box

but if they have "bracket" to attatch them to the JL, then they are most likely still a 7 inch rebranded JK headlight for double the money

If they have a bracket I would return them, you can find the exact same headlight (if its a 7 inch) for 1/5 the price all over amazon

I'd have to agree with @punknking. These don't look TOO bad, but I don't understand why everyone is so hyped to retrofit 7in headlights when the JL comes stock with 9in. Sure LEDs are brighter than the halogens but I'm waiting for someone to make a true 9in replacement and not just an adaptor for their existing 7in. When installed the gaps between the light and grille look terrible to me.

Well I just opened my box....Little bit upset as they look like 7" lights with a attachment. Guess I did not look at the photos close enough.

A little deceptive to say 9" and the are not. I would not be happy either.

It's immediate, less expensive, and functionally the same.
The gap is definitely annoying but adapter buckets will start appearing at a lower price point to address that issue.
Currently it seems the JL lights out there are rebranded 7" ones that are overpriced IMO since I don't see any that offer safety features like "active bending" etc. that can justify the increased cost.
It will probably take a while for 9" to show up since the 7" supplies older Jeeps, Harleys, etc. and brackets are easier and cheaper to make.
And like you mentioned, lots of JL owners are transferring over their old headlights.

I understand why the aftermarket has not filled this gap. JL headlights are basically proprietary and a good chunk of buyers already have the factory package. It's just too small a market.

For example, I saw where JW Speaker was showing off some really cool headlights that are bluetooth-enabled and have an app with all kinds of features. But again - 7 inches with a bracket for the JL.

So my question is whether Mopar will ever release the package for the Sport with the harness. Because I am giving up on the aftermarket.
